SELECTED PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS
Designs and delivers executive training programs for women and minority owned businesses, encompassing issues of competitive strategy, market penetration,cost management, pricing analysis, investment criteria, and risk management practices.

Worked with health care providers, social service agencies, government representatives, consumer advocates, and urban planning professionals to develop a comprehensive community based service center in lower Manhattan.

Chaired an information systems selection and data base development process for an $80 million religious charitable organization based in New York City involving an entrepreneurial technology firm with offices in the New York metropolitan region and India.

Conducted an intensive telephone-based consumer marketing survey for an international service organization based in New York City regarding the development of new ophthalmologic surgical procedures.

Defined and implemented spreadsheet based financial models that supported price and cost negotiations for a series of government contracts.  Also drafted extensive supporting materials for a series of governmental regulatory filings related to legal, operational, and fiscal licensing requirements.

Performed information gathering, data distribution, and liaison activities on behalf of a major international financial bank during audits by federal banking regulators related to the maintenance of capital reserves.

Developed and implemented spreadsheet based performance outcomes measurement models for investment bankers and traders in the Manhattan offices of a major international financial bank, generating statistical analyses required by financial accountants for activity based costing purposes.

Performed coordination, liaison, and oversight activities for audit services provided to Fortune 100 organizations engaged in merger, acquisition, and joint venture activities with other multinational corporations in Western and Central Europe.
